We have started from the quality evaluation carried out by the Spanish National Agency (SEPIE), according to which our project obtains the following score:

• Relevance: 29/30

• Quality of the design and execution of the project: 19/20

• Quality of the project team and cooperation agreements: 17/20

• Impact and dissemination: 29/30

From this quality report, in the first organizational meeting between partner schools we have made a reflection to define our strengths, strengths and opportunities, as well as weaknesses and threats through a SOWT analysis.
